Booking Terms

  • All rates are per room and per night
  • Full English / American breakfast is included

Minimum stay High Season: 2 nights
Minimum stay Peak Season: 4 nights
One-night arrangements can only be booked after consideration

Rates include breakfast, 15 % VAT and 1 % Tourism Levy

Payment requirements:
25 % deposit required.
Full payment required 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Single occupancy of double room:
Room Rate minus R 200-00

Triple room arrangement:
Extra charge for 3rd person in room (including additional breakfast)

Babies (cot) No extra charge
3-16 years R 300.00 per night (extra bed)
16+ years R 500.00 per night

Room Only arrangements (Breakfast not included):
Room Rate minus R 125-00 per person

Discounts applicable:

10% discount is applicable for direct bookings with the hotel (Advance payment required)
An additional 5% discount is applicable when payment is made via bank transfer as opposed to credit card.

Check In/Out times

Check-In: 13h00
Check-out: 11h00

Early arrivals:

We cannot guarantee an early check-in as the hotel might be fully booked on the day prior to arrival thus it all depends on the check-out time of the previous guests.
We will be happy to store the luggage for the guests and they are most welcome to relax in the lounge until the room is available.
Of course, we undertake to make any waiting as short and as comfortable as possible for the guests.
To guarantee an early check-in, the room needs to be booked from the previous night and the full accommodation charge is applicable.

Payment:

25 % deposit required.
Full payment required 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Airport transfer:

The cost of the airport shuttle service with meet and greet is R 550-00
Cost for Drop-off at the airport is R 450-00

Cancellation Policy:
90 % cancellation fee for cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival
70 % cancellation fee for cancellations between 3 and 7 days prior to arrival
50 % cancellation fee for cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival
30 % cancellation fee for cancellations between 15 days and 1 month prior to arrival
5 % cancellation fee for cancellations made more than 1 month prior to arrival
